Enjoy live music, a glass of sparkling wine and a brunch buffet that leaves nothing to be desired: from the salad bar with various dressings and vegan asparagus and mango salad to spring-inspired starters such as salmon tartare, green asparagus and quail eggs to vegan cream of asparagus soup. At the live cooking station, we serve freshly prepared omelettes with various fillings, and there is something for everyone in the other dishes too: pink duck breast and sous-vide pork fillet, as well as asparagus risotto (also available vegan). The meal is rounded off with sweet desserts such as mini carrot cakes and vegan coconut and mango tartlets.
