Surprise your mum with a delicious brunch buffet that leaves nothing to be desired.
At our Mother’s Day brunch, you can look forward to a lovingly prepared selection of dishes that invite you to enjoy yourself and linger, accompanied by atmospheric live music from Robin Carpe and a very special ambience.
We start with a fresh salad bar, a light spring potato salad and small starters such as beef tartare, burrata and home-marinated salmon. We serve this with an aromatic, vegan rhubarb, carrot and ginger velouté. A special highlight is the live cooking, where pasta is prepared for you in a Parmesan wheel. The menu is complemented by hot dishes such as braised leg of lamb and sea bass. To finish, a small dessert buffet awaits you – and that’s just part of what we have prepared for you.
