The Roses Brunch offers a varied selection – from oven-fresh bread with various dips to fresh salads and delicious starters to vegan beetroot and coconut soup. At the live cooking station, we serve pink roasted veal semerrolle, and there is something for everyone among the other dishes: roasted skrei or vegan strozzapreti rosé. The meal is rounded off with sweet desserts such as mini red velvet cakes and vegan crème brûlée.
